These Terms govern your use of the services of PELEGON LLC ("Pelegon", "we", "us"). By purchasing a service you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide business setup services including LLC formation filing, EIN application preparation, website development, business email setup, bank account application support and payment integration, as described on our Services & Pricing page.

2. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information. You must complete any identity verification required by government agencies, banks or payment providers yourself. We will not submit false or misleading information on your behalf.

3. Third-party decisions

Government agencies, banks and payment providers make their own decisions. We do not guarantee any approval, timeline or outcome controlled by a third party.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are listed on our Services & Pricing page and are due before work begins. State filing fees are passed through at cost.

5. Ownership

Companies, accounts, domains and websites created for you belong to you. On request we will transfer any access we hold for your accounts.

6. No legal or tax advice

We are not a law firm or accounting firm. Nothing we provide is legal, tax or financial advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned.

8. Prohibited uses

We do not provide services to businesses that are illegal or prohibited by the banks or payment providers involved, or to persons in sanctioned jurisdictions.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
